I found the service effective and hassle free.  Mick was up front with what he found and what needed to be completed when he found the right vehicle.  We only met when I picked up the car but all the calls were as if he was an old mate ringing for a chat.  I was given his name by a mate and will pass it on to others.  Thanks Mick.
