I had a long list of requirements for my new vehicle, and I realised it was a big ask to find a suitable vehicle.  I had been looking for one myself for several months, so had an appreciation of how difficult the job was going to be.  I also appreciate the fact that you didn’t try to talk me out of what I had my heart set on, but patiently kept searching for a car that would fit the bill.  You also kept me informed, staying in touch to give me regular updates, without being overbearing.  You were also cheerily available to answer all my questions.  And you’ve managed to come up with a beauty!!  Very impressed with the vehicle, the price, the condition and the whole process.  Well done!
